How to use it?

Wrap the Arm Cuff firmly in place around your left upper hand

Position the bottom edge of the arm cuff two finger-widths (about 2-3 cm) above your elbow crease.pen_spark

For optimal results, leave enough space for two fingers to fit between the arm cuff and your upper arm.

How does it work?
Our blood pressure monitor utilizes an inflatable arm cuff to measure your blood pressure. The cuff inflates to temporarily restrict blood flow, then slowly releases. The device detects the subtle blood pressure changes during this process and translates them into digital readings for your systolic (pressure during heartbeats) and diastolic (pressure between heartbeats) pressure.
